The broad behind the blog.
Being an outgoing Midwesterner, I picked up the hobby of comedy, including sketch and improvisational acting, stand-up comedy, entertainment radio/TV hosting, and writing. I plan on pursuing this talent further and, if it all works out, make a decent living out of it.
Some current stuff I’ve been doing is sketch comedy acting, and co-writing a web series with a funny friend of mine. I’m also planning on instructing the first and only improvisational comedy workshop in Marquette, MI! I start in January! Ha-hoo, yes!
In May of 2010, I graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a B.A. in Corporate Communication and Broadcast. Currently, I am shooting to enroll into the Integrate Marketing Communication M.S. program at Medill at Northwestern in 2012 or 2013, depending on whether the Apocalypse happens.
For now, I’m working as the Business Coordinator for Polymathic Media, a kick-ass group of freelancers based out of Chicago. Its awesome. Check out our blog!
Aside from my education and obsession with comedy, my other passion is fitness and health. I love hearing about the exercise programs for every type of athlete so that I can have a whole slew of ideas when it comes to designing programs for others. I love trying out new lifestyles and setting fitness goals that are close to, if not impossible to accomplish. But whatevs, overcoming impossibilities is what makes life AWESOME.
Right now, I’m doing some private personal training and training to competitively fight in Muay Thai. I’m shooting to become “a killing machine” as Master Kak likes to say.
In conclusion, I have been obsessed with comedy and living an active lifestyle since the day God invented me.
Thanks for visiting. Until next time, keep it safe and legal!
